Delete your account
You can delete your Atom Fitness or Atom Grocery account at any time. Deleting it removes your data from our systems permanently.
From inside the app
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
- 1Open Atom Fitness and go to the Profile tab.
- 2Tap Account Settings.
- 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes everything tied to it:
- Your profile, username and photo
- Workouts, splits and exercise history
- Meals, recipes and nutrition logs
- Weight entries and progress photos
- Goals, plans and check-ins
- Grocery lists and pantry items
- Shared content and follower connections
- Notification tokens and preferences
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple tokens issued to us at the same time.
What we keep, and for how long
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Encrypted backups can hold a copy for up to 30 days before they roll off, and we keep the minimum records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase records held by Apple or Google for tax purposes. Data you synced to Apple Health stays in Apple Health and is deleted there, not here.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because Apple and Google handle billing. Cancel it in your Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings before deleting your account.
